Training and Technical Assistance Manager

Josh Cozadd has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2014, assisting individuals and families navigate complex application and enrollment process for state and federal benefits. In 2016, he entered a training role and helped lay and build on a foundation for the intensive new hire onboarding training program at Benefits Data Trust. In this role, he took the complex process of over twenty benefits in five different states and trained individuals how to navigate them with their clients. Josh brings the experience of creating training materials and educating people on a wide variety of benefits across multiple departments and organizations to his role as a Training and Technical Assistance Manager with Compass. He has 10 years of experience in training and education in the nonprofit sector and holds two bachelors of arts. In his free time, he enjoys crocheting and spending time with his dog, Chico.
