Enan Whitby

Training and Technical Assistance manager

Enan Whitby has worked in the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) field since 2022. In their role as a Training and Technical Assistant at Compass Working Capital, he provides training and technical assistance to housing providers implementing the FSS program at public housing authorities and multifamily housing organizations. They have experience in outreach and enrollment, client-centered coaching, escrow administration, compliance with and understanding of HUD regulations, and other topics associated with administering FSS. Prior to working at Compass Working Capital, Enan worked as an FSS Case Manager and DEI Committee Chair for Housing Connect, formerly known as the Housing Authority of Salt Lake County. Enan graduated from Westminster University in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Sociology. He also completed the NAHRO DEI and Community Readiness Series training in August of 2023 and Utah Coalition for Sexual Assault's Rape Crisis Counselor training in 2018.
