Encouraging Client Centered Policies Interim Withdrawals
11:00 AM - 11:45 AMIn this session we will explore how an interim withdrawal can prevent a snowball effect on someone's finances. The majority of the clients we serve are single female lead households, and holding the household together requires all moving parts to be in order; job, transportation, childcare, and health. When one of those things falls out of place, the entire house comes crashing down. What if we could find creative ways to use escrow to cushion the blow when the winds of life threaten to dismantle the progress clients are making? Interim withdrawals can unlock major success by addressing short term goals.
